Hi, I restarted my Glass tv as yet again, it was not working! Error on all channels, wifi connected and working well. The usual story When the tv came back on everything had gone, all channels and apps gone! Now I'm frozen on the activation code, despite MySky account saying I have linked the account. I'm so, so tired of this. It's the most frustration thing to deal with. Every week a problem, at least once.
Please help!

Do you mean you factory reset Glass? As restarting wouldn't result in activation message.

Yes I believe so! I followed instructions from this forum. Unplugged and held the This is the 3rd time this week I have been without tv, I had tried everything else ☹️

Factory resetting Glass should only really be done when advised by Sky as it can lead to issues like this that then need manual intervention by Sky.
If you've typed the code displayed on the Glass in Sky.com/activate
Then I can only advise you will need to call Sky tomorrow who will be able to assist.

Great! I wish the person who posted it had said so before hand. This telly requires more care than an ailing relative! Thank you for the advice, I'll come to you first in future. Hopefully get it sorted tomorrow then

It's possible the person that posted it was posting their solution after speaking to Sky.
The Glass unfortunately can unlink from the Glass despite showing in your account.
When you call them tomorrow mention the issues you've been having and they should troubleshoot with you.
