How is your sky glass connected to your network wired or wireless if it's a wireless connection what's your wireless signal like also recommend running a speed test to make sure your getting the speed advertised by your provider.

Its nothing to do with the broadband, as other apps are not affected. Its either something wrong with the discoveryplus app, or Sky Glass. All My other apps work perfectly, and tv streams also.
