Frustrated

I've cancelled my broadband and my entire sky package other than my sky glass television. However after many hours on the phone and many reassurances later from the sky team my sky app in still showing future bills . Although these bills are reduced they have reinstated a thing called add skipping that I removed ten days ago . It's so frustrating and I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall . All I want to do is leave and now all of a sudden I can't get through on phones .
