Sky Glass and audio drift

Hi,

We recetly got a new sky glass tv to go with our FTTP broadband. What I have noticed is that when streaming content (Paramount Plus as an example), as the program goes on, the audio drifts more and more out of sync. If I rewind the program to close to the start, the audio is back in sync. Then when I forward towards the end it gets badly out of sync. The amount of offset appears to be related to the video position. This would suggest its a firmware/software issue rather than hardware.

I assume this is related to all the audio lip sync issues I have seen reported. Changing the audio to PCM does not seem to help. Resetting the audio also appears to not have any major effect.

Any help from Sky to sort this issue would be appreciated. This is just a normal Sky Glass TV with no additional hardware connected. Internet is a direct Ethernet cable to the router.

A full factory reset was performed with the help of a sky technician and for now the issue has been resolved.
