Sky Glass and Paramount Plus - not working

Hi All,

Just upgraded to Sky Glass and am I right in thinking this cancels the Paramount plus subscription. I still have cinema package.

Am I missing something or just lost paramount with the upgrade?

Yes, I can't get it working on our Sky Glass either. It keeps saying uh oh, something went wrong or along those lines.

Did you manage to get it fixed?

Hi,

In short no, I rang customer service,  we tried to log on in the various ways, web, mobile, TV, but it wasn't working. They call got cut and I haven't re rung. Too busy.  I wasnt told you can't have it as such, so let us know if you can fix it. Deffo a customer sort it job

Ours is working fine.

Original setup was on a Sky Q a few weeks ago but working on Glass and Steam pucks no problem.

I watched Top Gun 2 on one of my pucks a few months ago, so it definately worked at some stage. But it doesn't want to anymore.

I had the same problem on the sky glass tv so I unplugged it for 30 seconds then turned it back on and paramount + was working again

The remote control doesn't seem to have any functionality in the app when open. Took a while to figure out how to not pay £6.99 as I have the cinema package but now can only open the app and can't seem to move around or search or anything. Have to exit by saying hello sky, goodbye - anyone having this issue?
