Re: Sky Glass & Sky Puck Constantly stop working
We've had our Sky Puck today and major issues. On certain occasions the channels freeze and the device restarts. If you try using Apps it runs the risk of freezing and a constant blank screen!
Does that sound familiar?! Weve move from sky Q and a blooming bad mistake

Have you checked your broadband connection?
What speed is your puck actually receiving?
To find out, open the Netflix app no the puck, navigate to the get help menu top left and run a network check.
SkyOS runs largely from a server, not from the puck itself, so it needs a constant fast and stable connection in order to function. Any speed fluctuation or interference on the WiFi can and will cause you issues.
It's your responsibility to make sure you can provide a sufficient broadband network for Sky Stream to function. If you can't then Sky will still move customers back to Sky Q if you wish, or you can leave and get Sky programming via the NOW app on a smart TV or dedicated streaming device such as a Firestick, Roku or Apple TV box.
