Hi, got a Sky Glass first Gen TV and the sound/speech has started to crackle, tried resetting it several times but nothing solves it and it does it on every channel, any solutions?
@Ben+clarkr If you're still within the two year warranty speak to Sky and get it replaced if they feel it's necessary after you've spoken to them about this.
If it's out of warranty then it either needs repairing or replacing at your own cost, unless you have a Sky Protect policy.
