Sky Glass TV Connectivity Issues

We have previously been able to connect my daughter's hearing aid to our Sky Glass and in fact she has watched movies on it on Saturday.

 

It has been working perfectly until Sunday and now we aren't able to connect her hearing via Bluetooth anymore.  We have tried switching it on and off and have done a re-set but to no avail.

 

Does anyone have any ideas if Sky have sent down an update or what we can do?  We can see it on the Bluetooth list but the connect button is greyed out.
