Moved area from southwest to midlands with sky glass

Cannot watch midlands local news unless I switch off WiFi and revert to Ariel terrestrial although I have rang sky several times and carried out complete reboot on glass any ideas

There have been many reports of the address update not updating Glass / Stream region. This needs to be resolved by a back end sky team.
