Sky Glass Shambles

My sky glass constantly freezes and glitches meaning I need to switch the TV off  and on at the wall to get it working!

 

Also randomly disconnects from WiFi and will also say waiting for programme to load even though you have been watching it for some time already!

the freezing, glitches and wifi drops are  down to a poor WiFi signal being received or slow internet connection. What speed is your internet ? You can remedy this by cabling Ethernet straight to your router or powerline adapters or a decent mesh wifi system. Ideally you need at least 35mbs if you have other devices running on your internet 

 

the technical error is a current known issue which can only be resolved by a power cycle until a fix is issued
