Technophòbe

Can anyone help a 73 year old lady who is terrified of technology. I have received my Sky Glass TV today plugged in and started set up. Now stuck as SOFTWARE ERROR  has appeared and can't find any help on line.

This is not uncommon. It can usually be fixed if you connect the Glass TV directly to your router using an ethernet cable and trying the software update again. Turn it off at the wall for a minute or two first then try again.
