Okay folks, just a quick update!!
Have updated my 2 picks eventually.
Follow the instructions for Sky puck, however, after lights have stopped flashing red nd green, when it asks you to hold buttons on your remote 4&6, put the remote right next to puck!!!!
Also, when it asks you to sync remote to puck by holding 1&3 buttons, do the same and bingo, it works.

Hi is anyone having a problem puting the code number in on the screen my sky App will not open keeps saying their no link ?? No ones answered a phone yet ..so stressful..

@KevNewMedia . Sky puck not working since last night. Have done puck reset got as far as PIN number but it won't accept this. When you say restart your TV/puck do you mean turn it off and on again at the mains??? Thank you

We hard reset 2 pucks yesterday as 2 stopped working, now today I can't link either to my account on website or app. It comes up saying "oops there has been a problem" whether that's through a direct mysky/activate link or going into the website or app and trying to access product setting-streaming tv. It still shows we have the correct amount of pucks on our active subscription. I've tried calling the 0333 numbers but that's a waste of time. I need to speak to an actual person at sky but I don't seem to be able to.

I presume you mean Sky Stream not Sky Q which has a blue Q light.
