Switch off the Sky Stream puck at the mains plug socket.
2. Press and hold the Standby button on the bottom of the Sky Stream puck.
3. Keeping your finger on the button (underneath the puck), switch the power back on at the mains and wait until you see the LED lights flash amber then green, then remove your finger.
4. Let the Sky Stream puck complete the recovery process. This can take up to 15 minutes (may depend on your broadband speed).
5. Switch the Sky Stream puck back on follow screen instructions

The TV will tell you the activation code then just sign in to sky website with your sky I'd www.sky.com/activate

My email is not linked to my sky glass account i have had this 3 years and there still not able to link it up so i hold no hope my tv is going to work again

Hiya - I've been trying to reboot my 2 pucks after yesterday's issues. One works fine - managed to reboot it and re-activate it. The other one keeps going to the 'press 4 & 6 on your remote' screen, but refuses to do anything else.
I can't attach it to an ethernet cable and try that route (no cables available - I'm with Starlink)
I've tried the reboot several times and this has failed. I've also switched it off at the wall for 15 minutes and retried the reboot and no dice.
I also tried resetting the remote (eg pressing 7 & 9 etc) and ditto.
I suspect that this puck has gone to the puck graveyard in the Sky but does anyone have any magic tips to revive it? Thanks!

Same here just won't turn on the sky logo flashes up now again then still nothing and even the puck wont turn on either just dead

PUCK STILL WONT BOOT UP,sky logo comes on then powers off.nothing but problems since i switched to stream

Yeah I feel the same too.
It's not like just leaving the Puck alone will automatically solve the issue, we're all having to completely reset the puck, setup and readd all our apps and sign-in information again from scratch, becoming our own technical support.
Hassle.
Hassle we don't need.
Hassle we don't pay for.
Only had Sky for 3 weeks, is this what it's going to be like, how often do things like this happen with the Sky platform?
Mine still isn't working either.
