Re: Changed PIN but keeps saying Incorrect PIN- ATTEMPT 0 OF 3
@Symonsmark wrote:I had to reset puck. Downloaded software updates. Put pin in Incorrect PIN. Went through forgot PIN but new PIN gives Incorrect PIN attempt 0 of 3.
The resolution to the PiN issue should be to just unplug the device for a couple of minutes and then plugging it back in.

Would suggest logging into your MySky account first in your browser.
Then, once logged in, open a new tab in the same browser and enter the full url manually into the address bar as below;

Re: Sky Glass Power up Issues 19-9-24
Hi all,
my Glass Tv will not connect to the broadband router or internet. It's been like this for almost 24hrs. I have tried unplugging it and restarting numerous times and nothing changes. I have tried calling sky but gave up as I was on hold for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Is anyone else having the same issues?

No one from Sky will contact you, in fact they won't know who you are from a forum user name. Also the name you've tagged is a customer like us. Follow the advice on post 2.

Re: Sky glass will not turn in and no red LED
I've just had this. Seems the fault was an update from sky (not that they admitted it though). We were told to turn the power of at the mains but no need to unplug then hold the power button down on the TV and turn the power back on whilst keeping the finger on the power button. Wait for the LED light to flash (takes about 20 seconds) then let go of the power button button and it should do a reset

Re: Sky Glass Power up Issues 19-9-24
@MarkGoldsmith tried it, doesn't work for me and a lot of others too. It's not a fix-all solution, it's something on Sky's end.
Unfortunately it's going on way too long and Sky aren't giving much of an explanation.
