Sky Glass Power up Issues 19-9-24

I'm having same problem since Wednesday my sky glass has not turned on tried the software update multiple times but screen just stays of after the update how long will this actually take because it's the 3rd day now

The  issue described in this thread dates from Thursday evening onwards, which suggests yours is something different (unless it's one followed by another)

I have one sky glass and 1 sky puck not working

Mines still not working done everything to the letter and still nothing , looks like I'm going to have to buy a tv and bill sky

my sky stream box as just updatedit gave me a code to link with pc where do i put the code number

Reboot your router and try following the instructions again

Just managed to get mine going via Ethernet cable. Tv has updated & alls fine. Will

leave it connected for now & try to set up on Wi-Fi once all issues are sorted.

Got my Sky Glass tv to finally switch on using the reset method as instructed but will now not connect to my broadband router! Currently in a conversation with Sky via X so will see what happens

We are stilll getting nothing, have tried these steps and nothing works, the TV comes on briefly then goes back off again

@Dazzasky i don't have sky broadband and it has already been reset 8 times to be exact

Is anyone else having issues proceeding past the Link Your Account page on Sky Glass.

I have followed all of the advice and managed to get the tv to wake up but I have been attempting for hours to get past linking.

I am able to receive the code, access the activate web page, submit the code but nothing on the tv - code still showing.

If anyone has come across a fix for this particular issue, I would be extremely grateful if you could share 😊

I have a puck. Did the reboot after the outage and now I can't get past the Incorrect PIN stage. Everytime I try with my numbers it is I get 'incorrect PIN'  also does not log as an attempt (0 of 3).

When I select forgot PIN and enter new that doesnt work either.

I'm a CityHull fan and there's an important game happening at 8pm
