Yes I am but nothing it seems not working its trying to work but Just switches off and I can't seem to get the puck button to work underneath the puck the button that's dead or something not working @GD1

Sky glass tv not turning tried holding the power button at the side in and switching off at the mains and then turning on again tried all the troubleshooting it's done 2 updates then it displays the sky logo and goes back off again!!

Yesterday/ Television on, changed programme to Netfix, Notification Your Account has Changed to Standard, pressed ok. Screen Frozen. Had dissconnect electic, Now, continuosely its flashing Red, it cannot Boot up. just rolling on and on. Have tried everything. Test says , there is an electrical Outage in the area, there is not, i have checked. Is there a Bug in the Netflix that has caused this, it was apparent that there is a problem as all happened from thisi am not Happy about this. ????????????????????? i awaite your reply. Thankyou.

Sky has a known issue yesterday which wouldn't be related. But you need to follow the steps here to restore service: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-stream-wont-turn-on

That sounds like one of the routine disguised sales calls for Sky Protect: it's unrelated to the problem which hit yesterday evening.

That would imply you aren't quite following the instructions and holding down the standby button long enough for the recovery process to kick in.
You will see the puck start flashing different colours ( and which point you can take your finger off the standby button as per the instructions) and then you should see it then go through the download software steps on screen.

Try unplugging at the back and holding the button down as you plug it back in had this issue with a couple of my pucks takes a while to get the flashing red and green lights

Try unplugging the puck for a couple of minutes if you are getting the PIN issue and see if that helps.

Same for me. My dad is ninety one and three quarters. Relies on his Sky Glass. Ive had to take it home in the hope of getting things working and have given him a replacement meantime. As I;m disabled too this is really difficult. Atrocious service from Sky. It gets worse and worse. Really need to look for alternatives now.
