Any update from Sky? Regarding non working TVs?

No sky tv!!!! No red light on the front!! Whit light on the mute button on the side! Got an Autiychild going mental at me because he can’t watch his programs!

24 plus years I have been a customer and this skyglass is terrible! Sky Q was good!!

What is going on please? When is this going to be fixed????

does anybody have any news yet??? So frustrating for everyone

I have had my 55inch sky glass tv  since November  2021 still the same  one connected  by the Internet  by ethernet  cable all the updates  the same with  the puck and have had no problems  with  them in all that time, just my experience

T/c to Sky, still on hold after 35 mins. Sky Glass Streaming issue, been an issue most of the day & can't get through via t/c to give issue, so we're logged. Certainly can't blame anyone on the phone, as tech support or customer services are usually great & supportive - once you're actually through...

@Tarrant  My tv is not even switching on !!! I've checked the plug / connection , changed the fuse - nothing ! Yet my 2 pucks work fine ????

Sky glass has now. Outage but cannot connect to terestoral tv as WiFi working fine

My sky glass will not turn on, nothing wrong with broadband as all other devices working fine, there a message on SKY saying there is an outage in my area, why can't I access terrestrial tv, I don't want to turn off WiFi as I said working fine, it's just the Sky glass that not working, you would think there would be an option when this type of issue happens
