Done all of what you suggested - can't even get tv on or anything that resembles power 🥴

Went through Sky puck fix  so get to link account  then sign in to Sky.com but can't get to the activate page, just get "oops there's a problem call us " call the number which just texts me a link for sky glass issues? How can I get to the activate page to enter code??

You don't need to reach both, keeo the tv plug in. Click on the stand by button untill you see a red light flashing

That's what i did, it wasn't showing me a light at all, i just followed someone on the comments and it worked for me. Hope it works for you mate

Sky Glass power issue

While I understand that challenges can arise, we would appreciate more clarity on when the issue will be fully resolved, especially as the 24-hour window you provided is approaching.

Could you please provide an updated timeline or further information on what steps are being taken? I need to manage expectations on my end, and any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I've also tried everything and nothing works I just have very slow red light going off and on

Hard reset

Did you do a hard reset..... turn off at plug, hold on button (on the TV, )then turn plug back on (still holding on button) wait a few keep an eye on the standby light it will flash ( you will notice it) then it will restart when it asks for pin just use the pin you have been using

Mine did eventually work, had to do it several times. This is the Puk (streaming device) not the Glass TV. I switched it off at the main AND held the power button at the bottom of the sky stream device, switched it back on at the mains and continued to hold the power button on the devices, took about 30 seconds then it started flashing red yellow and white, eventually came on and did a software update, restarted then had to set up the accout again etc. Now fully working. I will say however, mine is plugged into the router via an ethernet cable, so this was not done via wifi. Potentially if it's wifi only, it might not be able to connect to update the software in the first place?
