Sky Glass - Playlist Problem

Have a bit of a weird issue on my Sky Glass (same on both Gen 1 and new Air) in that I added the TV Show "Outnumbered" to a personal playlist, but cannot delete it. It coninually shows but when I then press plus it does not show it as being in any of the playlists, I have tried adding and removing again etc. any ideas how to force it to remove other than deleting the personal playlist and creating again? I use the playlist a lot with adding and removing so it's definitely not user error.

@DarrenB7 Have you tried to remove it via the manage all option??

Thank you, hadn't seen that manage area, but removing from there has sorted.
