Circle of doom on paramount plus app.
service checker says all ok but unable to check streaming in sky glass
any ideas please

Hi,
tried that a few times, it eventually reset.
i didn't have any if these issues prior to getting sky glass

Service checker is for Sky services and doesn't really represent 3rd party apps. Have you tried pulling the plug for a few minutes in the first instance?

Re: Paramount plus app not loading in sky glass
I also am suffering issues with the Paramount plus channel it does load then keeps freezing and after a couple of minutes I get a blank screen. I've tried resetting everything without joy. Note I have no other issues with any other apps or channels on my sky Q box. Any ideas on what I can do as the tests on the my sky app come back as no issues with my broadband or skybox or signal. Really frustrating
