Sky Glass Mic

We had to reboot our broadband yesterday and since then the 'Hello Sky' & remote mic are not accepting voice commands. I have done the pairing, pressed and held 1 & 3 but still doesn't work?

You could try resetting by pressing 7 and 9 together for a few seconds, then re-pairing with 1 and 3.
