Sky Glass Gen 2 order cancelled with no explanation

While re-vamping my Sky package by phone and cancelling Sky Whole Home (puck) I ordered a Sky Glass Gen 2 TV with a delivery date of this coming Saturday. Just received an email saying delivery has been cancelled by "the retailer". No explanation. Anyone any idea why this has happened?

@Stephenbtc  It's likely you've failed the 2nd enhanced credit check, only Sky will be able to tell you if you have, but they won't be able to see your credit file.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That's bizarre because I already have Sky Glass, and for nearly 4 years. No problems with my credit rating which is excellent.
