Sky Glass was delivered yesterday and a Multiroom Puck, I have set up, but this morning channel selection from TV Guide is held in loading…
I have a 1 Gig up/down Broadband connection, so this would never be an Internet supply issue, and all speed test show no such issues, plus all other apps work seamlessly.... So, is this a overload Cache issue...
Could someone help with a processing question, how do we clear daily Cache to help speed up this frustration, sideload option or update.
Any advise would be appreciated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Duffsport As a general rule a reboot (at the plug socket) as described by @Exiled-in-HH is the first thing to try at the first sign of any issue with Glass or Stream 😀. I find it resolves most of the issues I experience with Glass.
As a new user be aware that it is fairly easy to confuse a Glass TV and cause it to lock up if you give too many quick commands with the remote. If it happens a reboot sorts it out 😀.
