Is that all your apps, just one or a couple of apps
If so, which one/s?
What message on screen or error are you seeing when using an app?

A quick solution to most app issues is a restart or an app refresh.
Read through this Sky help article for some guidance in that;
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

@Dogman999 We couldn't access the ch4 or my5 apps last night I can't remember the reasons, we did the refresh apps and unplugged the TV but still didn't work. They are working again this morning.

The refresh of apps option in settings does not take place straight away.
The refresh can take up 24 hours to fully complete in the background.
