I've just recently got Sky Glass and it's running OS 1.2 build QS023.010.00P, which based on posts with similar issues back in June,I am assuming is the latest build. I don't see an option to manually check for anything newer.
Issue is if I go into an ap I.e Netflix,then change my mind,then come back to Netflix a short time later,the app appears to be stuck in loading mode.doesn't matter if you switch it off either as it still does the same.
any ideas how to fix?

Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution.
