Sky Glass Air blue screen

Our Sky Glass Air keeps going to blue screen and saying not connected to the internet by WiFi despite saying excellent WiFi signal. Have done numerous restarts and one or two factory resets. Works for a short while and then goes back to the blue screen.

I am getting this on all my devices (Glass and Pucks). I can view live TV if I press the home button s few times I get to the home screen, but then trying to load an app says not connected. This has been flagged to Sky and is being investigated.

 

The only way to restore for me is to restart the router rather than the Sky kit. However I've had my router replaced and not seeing any issues on any other devices across my network.

 

I would not do a factory reset unless advised by Sky as sometimes they can cause an issue which needs a back end team to resolve which can take a few days.
