Sky Glass Air Select Language Software update loop
I just received my (supposedly) new sky glass air tv yesterday.
I turned it on, got through new settings, connected to wifi etc. then got prompted to software update. It updated, restarted, gave me the Select your language screen, with only the two options of English and Italian. I press English, press continue, prompts for another software update, completes, restarts, and back to language select screen. Over and over. Stuck in this loop.
I have tried turning the router off and on again (have double checked every other device in the house is absolutely fine BB wise)
I have attempted to hard reset the tv by holding the power button down while plugging it back in, however for whatever reason no matter how long I hold the power button down for it does not go into a reset or recovery mode. The LEDs flash red/yellow before going straight back to the select a language screen.
I have unplugged it many times and left it for several different time frames, an hour, two hours, a few minutes and over night. I have left it on and on standby for multiple hours hoping maybe it'll be doing something in the background. But everytime I turn it back on it goes straight back to the select a language screen, to software update and repeat.

The only thing I would suggest it to try the setup process with an ethernet cable
you may have a defective unit and need to call sky for further troubleshooting
