Sky Glads Freezes

Sky glass system freezes on any channel it chooses and the only way to unfreeze it is to turn it off at the plug and then start up again. Bloody frustrating!!!!! Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you sort it.

Hi @Fish0799

Are you connected via WiFi or ethernet?

What internet speed do you get?

Thanks,

Tim

OK: in that case you'd want to make sure that WiFi on the Glass set is switched off (or that the set doesn't know the wireless password).

56Mbs delivered to an address might start getting marginal for UHD on Glass once other household use is taken into account.

Re: Sky Glads Freezes

Ok. I have switched off the Wi-Fi to see if that makes a difference. Will update after a while.

so I amuse I will need to update my broadband speeds if things keep going the way they are with evrtthi g going wireless.

thanks for you advice.

Re: Sky Glads Freezes

Well the turning off of Wi-Fi didn't do anything as it is still freezing. So I suppose th only thing to do is upgrade the broadband
