Sky F1 UHD Upscaled?

Been watching the UHD F1 live content today, doesn't look very sharp, more like Upscaled from 1080p??

I believe it's only the race action in sessions that is UHD and not interviews and press conferences

Last season the logo showed Sky Sports F1 during upscaled HD footage, and Sky Sports Ultra HDR F1 during the live footage which was in UHD - the following is a grab from the opening credits clearly showing the logo displayed during UHD broadcasts...

All I get on Formula uhd with the sound breaking up now and again
