I'm struggling with an episode from the sky app. It gets so far in then after an advert break goes black and you just get sound. I've reset the box and internet and it's still an issue.
@AmyFitz It's an issue with the firmware that we are awaiting a fix for. A temporary fix is to go into Prime Video, log out of that app and then go to Glass Settings and restart the TV (not factory reset though!). We believe it is Prime Video causing the issue. So, every time you use Prime Video remember to log out before you turn the TV off for the night!
