Sky Cinema showing incorrect contract length
Hi, Back in June I called Sky and had Sky Cinema added on the pretense it was a rolling contract and I could cancel whenever I wanted as long as I gave 31 days notice. This evening, I went online to cancel and it's showing 2027! I will call them tomorrow but was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if they'll honour the phone call.

Re: Sky Cinema showing incorrect contract length
Hi @Rohaki
When you took out the service they should have emailed you confirmation and that would have stated that you are in contract. If you had picked it up sooner they may have been able to listen back to the recording of the call. Not sure how long they would keep it for.
If they aren't willing to help you will have to make a complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
