Shows jumping back over and over

Im tired of this issue now, shows are getting to the end of the advets and jumping back 15/20 mins. It doesnt matter what i do it keeps happening. 
i have reset the puck but its still happening and im not willing to keep resetting every day. 
is there a permanent fix for this?

This is still happening. Please escalate and contact me, its at the point now where i cannot finish programs as it just jumps back

I have just spoken to a lovely chap on the phone at Sky, he said it is a known issue that will be resolved with the next software update but at the minute there is no fix or workaround for it.

Thank you for your post / update, we have been experiencing the same issue. Good to hear it is going to be resolved, just hope quickly, it is very frustrating!

I'm still having problems like this if you touch the remote the program jumps back and you find yourself watching the adverts again really poor  service from sky when I told them I wanted to leave they cut the call off another tactic to hide away from the problem.

No joy trying to get hold of anyone they keep saying I will give you another number for the department you need.
