Several Channels Not Working
Sky Glass really awful last few days. Nothing wrong with WiFi or tv connections. Tried rebooting several times. Won't stream BBC or ITVX. Sky channels keep freezing or dropping out. Driving me bats.

Re: Several Channels Not Working
@Smiffy20 That suggests there is a problem with the WiFi signal received at the TV. Open the netflix app on the Glass TV and go to Get Help, run the speed test. What speed is showing?
Glass needs at least 25mbps for HD & 30mbps fot UHD. Anything less and you will get issues like this.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
