Services suspended

Was unable to pay my last bill due to lack of funds. Have received a message saying that my services would be suspended.

I think it's obvious if you don't pay then you have no service 🤔. Sky is not a priority service like utilities it is a nice to have. 

 

I suggest to call Sky and speak directly with them to see what they can do to help.

It worth noting that once your services are suspended, you won't be able to contact Sky at all as any calls to them will direct you to pay the outstanding amount rather than put you in a queue to speak with anyone.
