Hi @maryamy and welcome to the forum. Initially I just unplug your Glass TV and leave it like that for a few hours (I did mine overnight when I had a similar problem). See if that resolves the loud noise which if it is the same as I had sounded a bit like a machine gun sound.
If the sound persists I would call Sky for some troubleshooting (and you can send them your video if necessary) but in my case leaving it unplugged for a while resolved it.
It might be a good idea to make a short video of the sound/picture problem so that you have some evidence for Sky if needed.
