Good evening all,
I am about to complete my Sky Glass Contrsct and TV will be fully paid for.
I am looking to either gift away or sell my Sky Glass Tv. I am aware of the need to factory reset etc if I do. I wish to keep my pucks as normal with the same subscriptions etc.
However , once I do this, can I continue to use my Sky stream pucks as normal or will I need to contact Sky as I won't have an account active on the Glass Tv anymore?
thanks in advance 🙂

Hi @CJ1943 I went through this exact same scenario about 18 months or so ago. You will need to contact Sky to get this sorted out.
By default your Glass TV is your primary device so I called Sky Customer services who then had to get advice from a back room team in order to make my puck primary. Once done this then allowed me to factory reset my Glass TV for resale and not lose any access to Sky.
The following link explains about primary devices etc: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-devices-sky-glass
Here is another link that explains what actions to do before selling and what a new owner would need to do to get it registered.

Be aware that if you decide to sell rather than gift your Glass they do not have a very good resale value.
