Screen broke

Hi can you advise the cost of a replacement telly as the screen on mine is broke

The cost is the balance of the existing credit agreement (if applicable) plus whatever Sky will sell you another set for, or whatever you pay elsewhere.

I just need a new telly off you as mines broke not a new contract I want to carry on with my contract but my telly isn't working so it's useless at moment

If its broken from accidental damage Sky aren't going to replace it free of charge. Hopefully you have the TV insured which would go towards the cost of a repair or replacement.

As mentioned by @TimmyBGood your other option is to purchase a new Glass from Sky, but you would still have to pay off your old one if you have a credit agreement with them as well.

Hi Daniel, I think that you need to be a more specific here about what is actually "broke" .

 

If the tv isn't damaged but is just not working properly then the knowledgeable users on this forum may be able to help you to get it working again without replacing the tv.
