We are also in Scotland, have also recently (two weeks ago) moved to Sky Stream and are having an issue with 'Watch from the start'. For example I put 'Good Morning Britain' on my Playlist to record daily but if I go into it on the Playlist whilst the programme is on I can only watch it live, I can't 'Watch from the start'. Even worse, once the programme is over it disappears from the Playlist altogether at the top of the page where recent programmes are shown. However if If I scroll down to 'Manage Playlist' it does appear on the list but only shows future programmes for the following days. It's very weird and very frustrating!

apparently the watch from start also affects virgin stream so it's likely issues with STV and ITV and the way they are providing these feeds that have now changed.

Hi,
I only get a blank screen when trying to watch STV player ? I have went into settings and refreshed the apps however still having the same issues.
how do you resolve this?

Hi There, just tried to watch this morning from the start and it's still not working. I'm on sky glass.

Seems to come and go.
Switch tv off, Wait for a little while then sometimes the Watch from Start appears again!
Anything for 30 mins to 3 hours. Not good at all

STV watch from start seems to have disappeared again (for me anyway) 😨
...are Sky aware that this still seems to be an ongoing and very annoying issue for Sky Stream users?

Thanks for letting us know 'Watch from Start' on STV is being intermittent, I checked in with the support teams and they are aware of this issue and have the right folks on to get it sorted🙂

we have just started having this issue and no longer have the start from beginning option with stv. It's very frustrating
