SKY Glass with 3rd party broadband provider

Is it possible to add a SKY Glass package when my existing broadband provider is a 3rd party (Community Fibre)? I live in a block of flats and the landlord will not allow SKY to add an 'adapter' or dongle into their current wiring set-up as that allegedly messes with the service if other residents...

@Trudy7  You can use Sky Glass & Stream with any broadband provider, unless you need a new TV you only need a Sky Stream puck as a replacement for Sky Q

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
