SKY GLASS
After reading many problems about SKY GLASS and the loss of wifi it has led me to the conclusion it probably isn't the variouse hubs or speeds it is indeed the SKY GLASS tv.There appears to be too many customers complaining about the signal loss, even after changing routers/hubs/speeds and the problems persist.SKY GLASS need to remedy this problem and find a solutionto fix it.Customers spend a lot of money buying into this new generation of tech ,which was promoted extensively by SKY ,only to find it does not do what it says on the tin.Could someone?take a look at this problem and give customers with SKY GLASS a definite and permanent solution.I am not specificly tech savvy but the amount of "same faults"appear time after time.If its a programming or software issue then SKY should come clean and rectify the problem and be candid with its customers about this ongoing fault.

Re: SKY GLASS
There's not really any 'ongoing fault' with Sky Glass overall. There are hundreds, if not thousands of Sky Glass customers who are perfectly happy with their TV and the service it provides, so Sky doesn't really have to do anything.
The crucial thing to remember is that it is up to the customer to provide a good enough broadband connection in order for the service to function. Sky have no real control over this, even on much of their own broadband network as it is largely owned by Openreach.
If you can provide a fast and stable connection and are in posession of a fully functional Glass TV, then the service can and does work.
If Sky controlled everyone's broadband (in much the same way as Virgin's streaming service only functions on Virgin's broadband) then perhaps there would be fewer issues reported, but if you want to have a functional Sky Glass then you need to make some effort to improve your own broadband infrastructure. If that is not possible then it's perhaps easier to look elsewhere for your TV service.
