Rubbish TV

I got sky TV and broadband fitted last Thursday and for the last three days my TV isn't working but it stated on my TV there is a technical fault at Sky's end. I am having major issues with there chat bot and I cannot contact anyone by phone. Can anyone help me Please

We are fellow subscribers here on the community. You can contact Sky by calling 150 from your Sky landline or mobile.

 

However issues like this are usually caused by poor broadband speeds. You need 25 Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD for Glass and Stream. You can check the speed you are getting via netflix (left hand menu > get help > connectivity check).

 

You may have a better experience connecting via ethernet (remember to turn WiFi off in the settings of your glass).
