Returning sky glass
Can I return my sky glass after the 31 day period? I'm financially struggling and trying to cut back where ever I can.

Re: Returning sky glass
@Bob154 You'll have to speak directly to Sky and appeal to their good graces. They are under no obligation to comply with your request. If you've had it just over the 31 days I expect them to be more likely to help you than if you've had it for 12 months!
I guess there's also the issue of your viewing contract as well for them to take into account?
Good luck.

Re: Returning sky glass
Hi @Bob154
As per @Anonymous advice they do not have to let you out of the contract however they may depending how close you are to taking it out, also they may agree a payment holiday or loan agreement extension.
See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/support-with-financial-difficulty
The top tip here is to engage them proactively as if you go into arrears etc they won't engage with you until any balance is cleared.
