I need packaging to return my sky equipment.

You're not talking to Sky. This is a customer forum. Sky won't respond to you - you will need to ring them, and I wish you the best of luck with that!

@Jessica116  Sky Glass (where you have posted) is a TV set and is customer owned, you ndon't need to return a TV unless it's within the cool of period, do you have Sky Glass?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
