Retune aerial connection when no internet

My internet has gone down, the Freeview channels need updating, how do I retune it please?  Aerial connected but channels are out of date. Not used it since first install. Thanks

According to a post on an earlier thread:

With no network connection and freeview open pressing the right side of the circular button opens a settings menu where one of the options is a retune.

Presuming Glass Freeview is like any smart TV then take the aerial out and do a full retune, then put the aerial back in and do it again. This will make sure you start with a clean slate.
