Replacement tv

My tv has been freezing and making a very loud eeeeeee noise and doesn't function so needs switched off at the wall, works for a few hours then does it again but I've lost the number to get a replacement tv as it happened with my previous one also

@Demi-Lee I'd suggest calling the same number, but when the bot asks you why you're calling, just say nothing, and eventually you should be asked if you want to speak to an adviser.

Unfortunately Sky don't permit posting of phone numbers on the forum. Your best bet is to work through the diagnostics here, and hopefully if they don't resolve it (I doubt they will) there should be contact options listed for you.

Ah I already tried that wasn't very helpful and phoning them was no help either they just sent a text to go onto the thing you sent, but thank you for trying to help!
