Hi
how do i apply for a repayment holiday please? Its difficult to deal with anyone over the telephone so would prefer to do it over the internet if possible 😬

As pointed out you will need to call Sky as we are fellow customers. However Sky will only offer repayment holidays on the credit element. You will still need to pay for your subscription.See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-payment-holiday
However if you need support see: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/support-with-financial-difficulty

Sky don't do payment holidays.
If you are having financial difficulties you will need to call Sky to discuss options.
