Remove Whole Home from Sky Package

I've recently changed my package, and was told I could remove Whole Home from the package as we don't use or need it, but I'm unable to. Could you please tell me how this can be removed?

Hi @Phil001 and welcome to the forum.  As @Suskha says you should be able to remove Whole Home through your MySky account at www.sky.com.

If you are not able to do this you will need to call Sky and they will do it for you.

Thanks so much to you both for your help. After clicking a few buttons, I've finally found how to remove it, yay! 

I'm now trying to find which buttons to press to remove voicemail!

I really appreciate your help, you were more helpful than the Sky employee at my local shopping centre!
