Remote ordered 3 times but still not delivered

Hey, iv ordered a new sky glass remote back in November, then again in December and again in January. Still not in receipt of it. I was given 28 pounds in vouchers to purchase a sky q remote at tesco as a temp measure but actually 20 pounds of that was limited to sky store. !!!!! So currently down 20 pounds and still no Sky Glass remote. What is the issue with getting these remotes???

Hi @majort 

Unfortunately you'll need to contact Sky directly regarding the replacement remote. 

They had issues with a batch of remotes that probably left them in short supply as they were having to replace them.
