Sky glass screen message as well as  freeing again, from last we. Weeks.Have to complete record keeping. From work too

engineer booked on 27/8/25.

can I be foward as Sky/TV is my only source.

Sky doesn't offer 'engineer' support for Glass at all, so presumably this is either Q or broadband.

No, that doesn't bring any priority.  It's a Bank Holiday weekend at the end of the summer, and resources will be a little stretched.
