Most of my programmes have disappeared from my playlist. When I go to manage all they are there however it just gives me the option to remove them not play them.

@Shimon have you tried rebooting?
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.
Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

Thank you Mark I tried that option no joy I'm afraid I have also refreshed apps and plugged glass out at the socket.

Could just be a glitch .... maybe leave unplugged for 10 mins

I recently purchased Sky Glass and find there are big problems with the playlist where added programmes disappear before I can watch them. I spent almost 70 mins talking to sky. Nothing they suggested worked this included rebooting the system to factory settings. They're last suggestion was to ring the BBC !!!!!!!!. My advice to anyone living in Ireland considering Sky Glass is to stay well clear of it. Very disappointing 🙁

If your issue is with BBC shows and you live in the ROI that is to be expected.
Its a BBC rights issue whereby the BBC have further limited what shows are available on demand in the ROI.

Thanks so much Mark for your reply. Interestingly we can watch BBC programmes live MoTD and eastenders for example. The problem only seems to be with my playlist. My wife just now called up eastenders from her playlist no problem. Is it an issue with MOTD specifically I wonder ? I also added a programme on BBC3 which disappeared before I could watch it fully.

Certain BBC shows are only available to watch live in the ROI and aren't available on-demand after broadcast.
Others which may be available on-demand after the live broadcast may only be available for a limited time.
